Before you write about a bad cut-out

Two things make a report much easier to act on: which browser you are using, and the picture itself if you are willing to share it. Since we never see your images, a description of what went wrong is often all we have to go on, and "it did not work" cannot be reproduced.

If the tool fails to start at all, open the self-test page, run it, and paste the report. It says exactly which step failed.
